Regarding the tramtracks, it most likely changed the roadtype, or at least the width of the road. This causes the C…. with one of the buildings on this road.
To fix it, delete the buildings (hope the landvalue is not that high…). Usually they pop back pretty soon.
Remeber to pause the game when removing buildings! Else they could rebuild before you’ve made your change, costing you more money.
