I’d love to see a working cargo port where containerships and double-stack freight trains are loaded and unloaded. Freight is imported and exported overseas to other countries via containerships, and transported inland on double-stack freight trains to distribution centers.
Once at the distribution centers, the containers are transported by truck to local manufacturing companies.
Completed products are sent in the opposite direction for export.
