As for a manual, most games ‘manuals’ are literally a ‘here are some keybinds’ now go play the game.. I for one would prefer to work things out and learn the mechanics rather than be told to place a station here, another here and Win.
Yes, the ‘keybinds’. This is exactly what I needed to know when starting to play this game. It wasn’t until a week later, when a user posted how to raise and lower a road to create a bridge, did I find out that those 2 keys did something other than rotate a station. And I only found out by reading the posts made by the community on Steam. Everybody doesn’t do that, nor do I. I would bet that Stress doesn’t even know about that either. Personally, I’d rather get a manual to tell me what the keybinds are so I don’t have to find out a week later that there is an easier way to do something I was trying to do.
