the block is permanent, when the cargo, the blocking truck needs to leave, will not appeare, if the trucks from the other line can not unload.

i am not quite sure how this happens. i think i have seen, that the plattforms somtimes are reassigned and changed, when the station is added to a new line. if this happens and a truck is already waiting for a full load, then it might suddenly not be waiting at the platform of its own line, but block the platform of another line. …

once i had a perfectly running network and after i loaded a saved game, trucks at one station still got entangled this way. …
