Achievement notification

When I first played the game and a notification popped up to tell me I received an achievement, I think it told me what achievement I got. But that was only once. now when I get an achievement, it just says that an achievement has been reached, or something like that, but it doesn’t say which achievement I just got. I have to go into Steam to find out which achievement it was.

So I’m wondering if this is the same for everyone else or does it tell you what achievement you got? I’m thinking something is wrong. I can see this happening if Steam is in offline mode but not when it’s online.
