All released mods in a single place

Hi all! As I was looking for some mods, I got lost between released mods, requested mods and simple topics about possible future mods. What about putting all released and final mods in a single place? Either a topic like this or, if the devs agree, an area of the website.

Obviously if such a place already exists and I’m just too noob to find it, let me know and cancel this 😀

@bobixaboxa: You don´t need to understand german to use the mods. They all come with pretty pictures and installation is always the same. 🙂
