Bug – Railroad build costs

Sorry for bad English.

 

I was building a railroad conection between 2 cities and at some point game said that I had an insufficiently funds for construction (but I had 5 millions before start to build and it’s defently must be enough), than I looked at my funds and saw there  -9 000 000 000 B. So I reload autosave file and at some point I saw this:
