Change regular track top speed

Anybody found out if it is accessible? Can’t seem to find it anywhere. I would like to make the regular track go to 140 (160 maybe) and make the high speed track super expensive, sort of like a late-game thing, not just a default from when it is availiable on.

You should change the top speed of the streets which aslo limit the bus and track speed.

Sorry I mean railway lines, not tram track. Or do they meddle together?

Sorry, I’m finding the file which controls the top speed of the railway too.

I think these files will be near the street files.

I’m think, this values hard-coded in game executable file.
