If items can be added made by the community, where would they be available from, as this website probably won’t host such material for downloading.

I may be wrong. But if Steam Workshop can handle mods like vehicles and features, I don’t see any reason not to use it.

I’m using LightWave 3D. And it’s literally possbile to use any 3D app, as long as you get the desired shape and dimensions.
