Windows message says game has stopped working (no crash report available). I’ve installed windows updates (including Nvidia update) but still the same problem persists, also re-installed the game 3 times. Not sure if it’s to do with me having a 32 bit system and the game being 64 bit?

If you have the option to let it run do so and wait. Game needs to prepare some files the first time it is run and it is a bit time consuming process.
