Cursor Issue

Hi

Does anybody had already experimented a cursor issue ?

When I am in full screen (not windowed) my cursor can’t reach the bottom third part and the right third part of my screen. What ever the screen definition.

This occurs since I upgrade in windows 10.

For information, this happen only with Train Fever. I play Tropico with steam, and it is ok. It does not happen with windowed option (alt+enter). In this case the definition is low

Any clues to correct this problem will very appreciate.
