Does not start after newest patch

hi support,

since update 4334, i can’t started a new game or load a game. during the startup, the game stops by 73% of the  initialization and crash back to desktop.

my system is up to date, all so the graphicscard drivers (i have a nividia gtx 580 (v. 340.82)). i follow all the hints of this forum w/o any solution.

i have no mods installed, an i reinstall the game twice time via steam. i use no virusscanner
