    I can’t edit my own old posts? I have thread with my own mod and in this case, I can’t update first post with download link. Peoples can be confused.

    Isn’t there an EDIT link on the grey area on top of every post you’ve made?

    Nope, there’s none. I also just wanted to remove my name from a post, but there’s no option of doing so…

    Ok , i’ve just created a new user and edited a post and thread with this new user. It works fine.

    What browser do you use? Could be a browser issue.

    @elaleman
    , i took it into my hand and removed your name from your post, i hope this doesn’t bother you.

    I hope that edit function is disabled during time. Maybe after one day. When I add reply, this text I can edit, but not previous.

    This same issue here – http://www.train-fever.com/forums/topic/mod-polish-pkp-set-by-nicc0/

    It’s the same for me. When I create a post there is a time period where I can edit it, but after some time the edit function disappears.

    No, it’s not a browser issue. You can edit your post for a several minutes / times.. after that wordpress disables the button. Very annoying :).

    Ok, sorry, i did just check the settings, there is a 5minute limit on the post-edit function. I’m not sure if this also takes effect on threads, there is a seperate edit button on the top left corner of the thread.
