I’ve noticed that this forum notification system doesn’t seem to work for me. Are there any known issues with it? Even though I have the notify me box checks I receive no emails.

I’m also wondering how does on change their avatar picture? I see some people have managed to figure out how but so far it’s eluded me.

I can recall having similar issues with another site a long time ago. I also can’t remember how I fixed it or if it was fixed.
