So, back story I’ve got 2546 exp, played for awhile.
Started a new game, and started a cargo line..fiddling around with mechanics. Placed down a train between an oil well and refinery and made it load full cargo before departing, with that in mind I also set up the cargo train for goods to the town, repeating the full cargo order.
Both points started to max out to 25 and upgrading without a single delivery, thought it was funny that it the factory was producing goods without a single raw resource being delivered xD
