I did as they said on their website; deleted the contents of the res folder, verified the game cache and re-downloaded the contents of the res folder.

I tried to put a zip-file in the Mods folder. I also tried to unzip it to its own folder. The mod didn’t appear.

How do we install mods with the in-game mod manager?

I’ve followed all the instructions. deleted my res file and now reinstalled all my mods (using TFMM).

When I try to start an existing my ‘mods available’ list remains blank, so cannot select any mods for my game.  This means I cannot start my game!

I am pretty sure you CAN start a game, just click on START.

I think the mods folder was added during this update, as such the TFMM does not install mods correctly unless there is a new version out after the dlc was released. At least thats what i think.

You can try to start the game but without the mods installed savegames crash!

I got some info and got it working. Go to Train-fever.net and download my NSB Stadler Flirt v1.6.1. It’s working with the new version of the game. You’ll see how it’s done there.

    Thumbs up for Ola!
How on earth did you figure it out?

P.S. Had a feeling it would be done with .lua

I politely asked for the info. There will be more info to come. Don’t know when.

So can I conform, the 3rd party ‘TFMM’ should not be used now?

I don’t know. You’d probably get a better answer on that on train-fever.net

But by the looks of it, he’s either working on, or have already published a new version which adapts the new way mods are installed.
