You can still do neat things without all the bells and whistles we wish for.

Bus:
I put busstops at the begin of the crossing and for the otherside also at the begin of the crossing. Then group them so it looks like this

Stations
Stations with continuing middle tracks. How did i do this?

• Level the terrain with the railroad tracks. (make a 15 width track.. just like you do in Simcity 4 with roads to level the terrain)
• Put one station first. Then drag 2 align tracks next to it.
• Put the second station at the other side. Be careful its kinda tricky.
• connect the pieces!
• done

Left 3 tracks are passenger,
Right 3 tracks are cargo:

Then.. look at my Balance $$$$$$$. So, no excuse .. money enough :P.

How did you get the €-Symbol for the Currency-Unit? I play with the british version, Im seeing it with british street and city names, though I have the dollar symbol, because I use the English Steam Version. Do you have it running in the language of one of the €-Countries?

I changed it in the settings.lua file. And the blueish color in the background i created by adjusting the fog shader. I’ts a weird brown color initially. Didn’t like it 😛

Hey Nique, how does the stop grouping work, I’ve seen it but never used it?

How did you change it because I tried exactly this, I replaced the $ just with the €, but ingame it showed me a ?-Mark in a square.

Well thats weird.. i changed it and it was just working.

Grouping busstops works by clicking on the busstop and select group, then the button becomes blue and pick another busstop to group with. Done :). You can ungroup by clicking on the busstop and click on ungroup.

@RickD , a group of stops that form one stop. It doesn’t really have a big function but it makes it easy to track back which stop is where. Its also realistic,

They are seen as one bus stop. You can group a bus stop with a train station too making it sort of central for both buses and trains.

Thanks. I will play this game until the year 1950 (im in 1944) to unlock the 1950 at start. After that i will restart the game again (4th time) and try to grow a city as fast and as big as possible.
