I just downloaded Train Fever from Steam, as part of the latest Humble Bundle. The game will not launch. When I click on Train Fever on my Steam Library, it says “running” for about 2-3 seconds (and the cursor turns busy for a second) but nothing else happens.

My desktop PC features an Intel Core i7 processor, with 16GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 970 (4GB RAM) video card. I am running Windows 7 64-bit.

I have the latest Nvidia graphics drivers and I have also tried a few other suggestions that I’ve seen on similar posts. No luck so far.

I´m not sure what you have already tried. So if is not too much of a hassle, can you provide a short list?

Also, did you try to start Train Fever from outside of Steam (while you are logged into Steam)?
