The main menu is fine.

I have tried the graphics settings at high and at low, and have also tried dropping the resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 1280×800.

My system specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4GHz

Memory: 16 GBytes DDR3 RAM

Graphics:  ATI Radeon HD 5870 with 1024 MBytes GDDR5 (Clocks Core: 850 MHz / Memory: 1200 MHz)

HDD: 500 GBytes SSD (Samsung EVO 840)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate – 64Bit

Graphics Driver Version: atiumdag 14.301.1001.0 (Catalyst 14.9)

Train Fever – Build 4519 Windows 64-bit

Instead I have a lack of audio to figure out.

And I have also SSD, GTX 750, but a bit older CPU, so I will also check for peaks of CPU, maybe that is the problem. It did not happen at the beginning, but later, when I had a lot of vehicles (but still less than 100).
