Mouse panning inverted

What could possibly cause panning with the mouse being inverted? I tried TF on both my Macs, and panning with the mouse using the right mouse button works as expected (e.g. moving the mouse to the right with the right button pressed moves the landscape to the right) on one system, but it is inverted on the other system (e.g. moving the mouse to the right with the right button pressed moves the landscape to the LEFT). Any idea what could be causing this? Is there a setting that can be changed to fix this?

Click “settings” on main menu then click “controls” then turn off “invert panning”
