    After first try I have no in-game menus to do anything at all.  Perhaps the resolution has the menus off screen?  I have only new and load game and achievements in home screen, so cannot change settings or anything else.  Cannot exit, nothing.  Have to kill process.  Poor show.  It’s a total game stopper.  Can anyone advise?

    Found the workaround (alt-enter).  Lots of basic work to be done.
