OpenGL context creation failed

Please help.

I am experiencing this error message immediately after purchasing game directly from steam.

Prior to purchase I used the system labs requirement program to check compatibility with computer. This indicated that the computer met the minimum requirements. After download and when attempting to start game I receive message

‘OpenGL context creation failed. Please try installing the latest drivers for your graphics card.’

I have found out that it is an Intel Graphics card, downloaded the latest drivers and I am still experiencing the same issues. Please can someone help me?
