Does anyone know how to improve production rates at Oil wells, Forests and Mines ect ??

Yes, you need to have a spot for the goods to go.  For instance,  City A needs 37 goods, City B needs 17.  So that would be 54 goods that can be sent out.    As long as you can send the goods, the industry will keep expanding.

Always keep an eye on the cities you are delivering too.  As they expand, they call for more goods.   Make sure you keep an eye on this.

ok thanks, I think I got the hang of it, all my cities are capped at the moment. so… I was trying for Industrialist and production 400 achievement on the same map..
