Rural road

In a tut video i noticed that the creator has access to more than 3 types of roads simply by scrolling down the window. F.i. he adds a rural road ( the default one that’s already there). That’s what i’d like to do too but no matter what i try i just can’t seem to scroll down the window…. I’ve tried full screen, windowed mode, various resolutions, but it seems i’m stuck with only 3 types of roads….

Does anyone have a solution ?…..

Any hints/tips highly appreciated !

Use the mouse wheel to move down the list. The scrollbars don’t actually work.
