scrolling down on internal menu's

how do you scroll down on the internal menu when you are selecting your vehicle’s?

Do you mean the lines window?

If so, it matters where you hover when scrolling.

If you are hovering over the vehicles section, using the mouse wheel will scroll horizontally, this is to reveal all the vehicles for a line.  To scroll the actual lines, hover anywhere but over the vehicles.  I usually hover over the line names.

I mean when your buying vehicle’s and I don’t have a mouse wheel as use the touch mouse pad on my laptop when playing the game.

It says in the system requirements that mouse with wheel is needed, doesn’t it? My advise would be to just buy some cheap mouse. Also some touchpads in laptops have a feature that if you move your finger over the right edge of touchpad it will work like wheel.
