Showing an exec icon after game quit (Mac)

Hi,

Every time I quit the game  the “exec” icon shows in the Dock bar. Even I tried to click to open or close it, there was no response.

Then, I tried to restart my Mac via right top Apple and Restart, there also was no response.

I also tried to close via Activity monitor and there was not shown the object of the “exec”.

 

So, I have to restart my Mac by holding power button, then the “exec” icon disappeared.

Every time I quit the time, it leaves one exec icon. Now, I keeping four icons in the Dock bar.

Anyone has same issue and how to solve it, please?

Macbook Pro Retina 13, 2014       8GB,      2.8G i5,   OS X 10.11.1

By the way, please add the Workshop for modding on Steam. Really need it.
