I had things running beautifully then i upgraded to electric and the whole signal system broke down all of a sudden and i still haven’t fixed the problem, any tips?

Make sure the whole track is electrified, sometimes there’s a very tiny bit (literally two-three pixels worth) of track that might be lacking electrification and that will cause all manner of path-finding problems. I’ve literally had to bulldoze an entire line because I couldn’t find it. It was only when I wrecked everything that I noticed that one bit left over.
