Suggestion: Huge penalties for Breaking main connection

The player should allowed to break main connections, but doing so should lead to penalties like related towns shrinking rapidly, or people stop using the player’s transport system ( as a protest). In this way the player will be forced to maintain road connections between towns without having to go through painful bypass system.
