Train Fever does not start bcause of error Q:0000065432

I bought Train Fever today , installed it and as i started it Steam shows that i am playing the game but it immidiately shows that i stopped playing . Also the client does not even show up. It pops up in TaskManager for a few seconds and then its gone . I tried to start it directly with the .exe file (also with Administrator rights), but then i get the Application load error Q:0000065432 . I´ve already reinstalled the game , installed the latest graphic-card drivers and rebootet my PC but nothing worked .

Is anyone there who has an idea how to fix this ?
