    I’ve followed some of the sims around and as far as I can tell they never travel between Leisure, Work or Shop. They always seem to start or end a journey at Home. Does anyone know if this is correct as it can have some major influence on bus routes?

    As far as I recall, it goes something like this.. perhaps swapping leisure and shopping around.
    So no, they don’t ever go Shopping > Work or Leisure > Shopping.

    Home > Work > Home > Shopping > Home > Leisure > Home

    They can also teleport a vehicle to them if the return journey is longer than the initial one.
