The menus all work with the exception of the tutorials. Once I am on the page that lists them nothing happens when I click on them. Please advise. Thanks.

I am running the game through Steam. It runs fine I get that annoying bell noise when I high light every topic on the main page. I click on ‘Guides’ and go to a page with various titles on it none of which do anything when I hover over them or click on them. There is no mention on this page of steam overlay.
