Unable to remove roads "needs bypass" bug

For some reason I am unable to remove roads in a are of my world. Wherever I build new road (and bus terminals for som reson) it says I cannot remove them because it is a main connection and that I need a bypass first, evn when I build a road that isn’t connected to anything I get this message.

For some reason, when I connected my station (just above pic) to the main road system, it fixed itself o.O
