Hi I pressed the wrong screen resolution in the settings, now i only get about a quarter of the screen and i cannot get onto settings to correct it. Is there any other way to change the screen resolution.

just kidding, not gonna let you hang.
You can change the game into windowed mode, that would force the game to take your display resolution by pressing alt+enter. You could also try to edit the settings file manually with notepad. The settings file is located at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<number>\304730\local\settings.lua
