ParticipantSo I just activated the pagefile again (deactivated it to have more space on HDD), this solved the problem.
The amount of mods could be a part of the problem, but I think in another way than maybe thought: Cause of the amount of mods I have very much different vehicles wich comes in different years. So I will replace all my trains with newer ones. Cause of the amount of new vehicles I replace more often than I would do without mods (sometimes just to bring the train in a new era (from prussia to DRG for example)). When I start in 1850 I have 150 years full of new vehicles, while I started all my older games in 1950 where i only have about 50 years of new vehicles. This means, when i start from 1850 I would replace more often than from 1950.
What i wanted to say is: I think that the replacement function needs such a huge amount of RAM. So the mods are the source of the Problem, but not the Problem itself.

ParticipantGreetings,
I would like to see a possibility, to build Tracks on a Wall, like here:
https://c2.staticflickr.com/8/7288/15916072224_77c70d198b_b.jpg
This would make it much easier to build tracks in urban areas. When this would be implemented, I would like to see, that the game instead of RR crossings make a bridge over the street. The possibility to buold the tracks on a wall should be choosable like the type of RR crossing or like a bridge. I also would like it, if the game could show me, when I’m in the right high to cross another Railway or when I have to switch from going up to straight to have the perfect high for a bridge over another track.
regards
Alexander

Participant@Blokker_1999, simonmd: ok, that with the road connections I didn’t know, thanks for this information…
@Blokker_1999: The Crossing in Lohne is used two times an hour+fright train in the night, so a normal used local Railroad. But the third problem already exists and when you have a road directly next to the end of an station with three or more tracks you have to bulldoze it and build it new farer away, cause it isn’t possible to got with all three tracks out otherwise…Kursbuchstrecke

Participant@TrainInfluenza: I know what you mean and with commuter trains it works fine, but what to do with the freight trains? In a normal case they also have to drive through the center two lines but when a faster train is behind it it has to go by side. Also such Awanst aren’t everytime at stations, Lemförde only was an example but let’s have a look to another one in Kirchhorsten: https://www.google.de/maps/place/Helpsen/@52.3103962,9.1257143,789m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!3m1!1s0x47ba79211997e58f:0x425ac6d94ac8f10 there the platforms areen’t in it so this is only for overtaking, normally every train goes through the central two tracks and the outer ones are only used when a faster train should overtake. And this actually isn’t possible in TF

ParticipantThe Tram-Tracks out of the road really would be a great alternative. I would love to see it cause then a heavy traffic jam is no problem for them and such would be an advance for the trams.

ParticipantI think very useful for everyone would be a mod for editable stations. I don’t have the beta, but I saw, that it is not as easy as it seems to build a bigger station.

Participantwould it be possible to upgrade the stations may with longer platforms?

ParticipantMay it could be possible to pay for using tracks of competitors?
