    When I clicked your link it showed rik81h.  I have no idea if that is what you wanted.

    As to the game — it is really unplayable (for me).  Like this morning, it ran for less than a minute, I had put down 4 bus stops, was creating one line then the NR message.  Well I let it set, watching in Task Manager, it did flash back to running, then off again. then it ran for around 10 seconds, then NR.  Sorry that is just not playable.  My system is Win 7, 64 bit, latest drivers for my Nvidia GeoForce GX-640 card, plenty of memory etc.

    “Wait a little longer?”  Do you mean it will go in and out of a Not Responding message?

    Give me a step by step of HOW to get the “steam display name” and I will get it for you.

    My game is run from STEAM.  So, how can I start it in windowed mode?

    My steamname (I think) is Rik81.  I have the same issue of the game stop working usually after just a few seconds.

    dr1fter — I  don’t understand what you mean?  processexplorer?  Is this when in Task Manager, you are looking at the list of Processes?  About 100 on my machine.  Which is the “parallel trouble shooting” process?  I would be glad to stop it if it would fix things, LOL.

    In reverse:  Steam display name?  Do you mean when I log onto Steam, or when I start up your game what name is showing?  Mostly I use Rik81 (why is that 1 showing short? LOL.)

    Empty map?  I guess I will need to try that.

    I try to do something, haha.  For example, one time I actually completed tutorial 1 before it quit.  I’ve not been able to get through tutorial 2, before it stops.  I’ve tried to just start playing (ignoring the tuts).

    I would say the maximum the game has run for me has been less than 60 seconds.

    Spoke to soon.  Generally only lasting less than a minute.  I’m sure they would like to blame Steam, but I have several Steam games with no problems.  I got rid of McAfee, now using Norton.

    Wonderful!  They did a patch TODAY, and it looks like it solved my problem!!!  Here’s hoping.

    Good suggestion!  Now at least I can load the game.  Was trying the first tutorial and did get the two stops down … but then went into a Not Responding mode.  Oh well, different problem, if it persists I guess I will have to start another query.

    Seriously folks–is something actively being done to fix this problem?  I have several games, both on Steam and off that I’ve had no problem installing/playing with McAfee.  Please let us know you are working on it!

    Just wanted to keep up on this thread to see if the McAfee issue is solved.  How does one “disable the real-time scanner.”
