    Again Mansen you are not understanding? How do I see it you are not understanting? You gave example with two trains when I stated that you would need at last 4 of them to see that the design is bad but can be improved by modifying it like on the diagram I posted.

    Mansen. Could you explain how there is no gridlock in Diagram 1? It is built exactly as Steve proposed. Or do you not understand this diagram? It seems like not understanding is the case here as you suggest to make signals one way when they are already one way in diagram.

    Sry dude but I came here to bash this guide because the design for the passing loop proposed here is actually bad as it can lead to grid lock with 4 or more trains on the line.

    How is the grid lock possible? Consider situation like this:

    How it should be done properly? Like here:

    This way a train won’t be able to enter single line if there is a train going in the same direction ahead of it.

    Yes the grouping works that way. You should try to look for more videos because not many people use that ability but it is definetly there.

    I wouldn’t want that. When constructing I want to know exactly where available space ends.

    I think all they would have to do would be to upload the game to steam and then mark it for available to download and maybe change the description to say that it is beta until September 5

    Yeah I saw those countours but I think grid has a huge adventage over them in allowing to take measurements much more accurately.

    If you think this is bad you should try being in the queue waiting for your Oculus Rift DK2 to ship. It’s quite taken my mind off TF.


    That has nothing to do with trains or transportation. Who would care about that? You are the worst for comparing those! 😛

    I also think being able to adjust your stations over time as needed is something very important. If such an option won’t be there you risk being flamed by players that you can’t do something that was possible 2 decades ago even if the game is overall very good. And you know how customer crowd on the internet is: no sign of mercy for anyone involved in production for even slightest mistake.

    Will we be able to pick some options in the map generator? I am asking for options like cities density, city sizes, hilliness of map, sea percentage etc.
