I take it you mean the bus stations? If so, I’d recommend scrapping them as they can only hold a certain amount of passengers (no limit for those on the street) and you can only assign one stop to a line.
bus stations and truck stations. dock selection is needed for both.
I note the limit for the amount of passengers in big bus stop (I wasn’t aware of this limitation) ==> Should be good to have a manual from the devs with all these details that you’ve to learn by trial-and-error method.
How come you say “you can only assing one stop to a line” ? I assign more than one line to my bus stops.
XcentyParticipant@coujou: I’m waiting too… If I have to have next week, no problem for me if the patch is promising 🙂
I’ve a decent configuration. but the game is definitively CPU consuming.

Once passengers or goods decide to move, it’s because their destination is within their limit. Once they do, there is nothing that will stop them to achieve their goal unless the destination vanish.

It means that if a modder want to create a mod for industries, it will be easier for him to encode multiple goods in factories. (a script file .lua or something like that)
January 28, 2015 at 03:27 in reply to: Summary of TeamSpeak Discussion with Mikael from Urban Games #16423XcentyParticipant@isidoro Ok, no problem. Where did you get this 20 minutes travel time ? Is it from trusted source ?
XcentyParticipantYou say in your guide “Remember the reasonable travel time : 20 minutes (2.5 Years)
I disagree with this statement.
For me reasonable travel time is 2 Years (24 min 20 secs).
1 day is 2 seconds in the game. I calculated it with a stopwatch.

January 27, 2015 at 11:06 in reply to: Summary of TeamSpeak Discussion with Mikael from Urban Games #16400XcentyParticipantAlso If you can show the radius of a bus stop on screen like in cities in Motion.
January 27, 2015 at 10:45 in reply to: Summary of TeamSpeak Discussion with Mikael from Urban Games #16398XcentyParticipantWhat about a detailed “Manual” for the game ?
I want some explanation on :
– how an industry building work (all the number in the “Detail” tab have no explanation). I think they always go for the farthest goods but I’m not sure.
– how a residential building work (all the number in the “Detail” tab have no explanation). What means Quality ? How is it calculated ?
– how a leisure building work, how a commercial building work ?
And so on… A management game need some good information.
XcentyParticipantI have no problem with city grow.
I started in 1850. 20 years later I had already connected my main city with 6 neighbors. Population was 450.
In 1900, Population was 700.
XcentyParticipantWhy do you create a fix when there is nothing to be fixed ?
Player have to make the difference between road track and city street track.
When you have a “main connection – need bypass” issue. You’ve to create your bypass with road tracks and not city street.
Just scroll down in your street block menu and you’ll find the dirt road tracks needed for the bypass.
The fix proposed is more an hack than a fix.
