If you can’t make trains work at all then you’re doing something wrong. Since you’re complaining about ridership I have to assume you aren’t running enough bus lines to give each town serviced by a train adequate coverage, and any buses you do have don’t run frequently enough.
You can’t just plop a rail station in a town and expect everyone to walk to it, so that’s what I’m asking about.
