One is more suited to cargo due to its high tractive effort and low top speed, the one that has been released has a high speed (100km/h) but low tractive effort and costs waaaayy more than the last loco in both purchase price and running costs. There should be some sort of overlap as my line may not be making enough profit to support the running costs (I think they are roughly triple that of th elast passenger suited loco
