    Hi, a few things on macOS 10.12.2 (Sierra).

    1) the icon is a black box(i.e. a unix app icon)

    2) If you Alt-tab(app switch) to a different app/window, and then try to switch back, no window is displayed.

     

    This second one is definitely an issue, and very annoying. Please fix.
