cant build roads over tracks, but can build tracks over roads

To me this is MOST annoying  problem of the game. When designing towns I have to build roads then PRAY I can get the tracks over them, and you CANNOT  lay roads over tracks as the game cant make a crossing that way. PLEASE PLEASE FIX! 🙂

right, unfortunately there is no option to build roads over tracks, but be sure, this is one of the high prio features from the devs.
