Hi, i have played Train Fever (European cities – not the USA DLC) for 40 hours total, mostly one hour day. A few days ago i played for 3 hours and all of a sudden a warning popped up saying “Low on Memory”.
After that warning, i coudn’t do anything with the Computer and had to restart it, but after restarting i was unable to click on any option of the start screen (of the game) – nothing would happen. Not until i reinstalled the game, i was able to reload the latest autosave.
This is my PC:
3770k, 660ti, 8GB Ram, Win 8.1.
I have tested my Ram through the night with MemTest – no errors could be found. After this i constantly checked the ressource monitor: even after two hours the total used memory of my system did not exceed 5.4 GB out of 8.
Do you have any suggestion what the problem could be? Thanks?
