Game won't load the map

I have only just purchased the game through steam, the game loads fine, but  every time I try to start a new game I just get thrown back to the menu. Can you please help as i have updated drivers and reinstalled the game.

This is a rather unusual behavior. In order to find the problem, please provide more information about your system (OS, CPU, GPU, driver version,…).
