In one of my cities,it appears that two cars stopped to run… and the result is a complete roadblock in that city streets and the incoming roads. There is also an accumulation of people at the bus stops.

System: Windows/7 x64 Intel i54690 @ 3.5Ghz 8GiB Radeon HD6870 1MiB @ 1920×1200
