Level of stations

How can I change the height level of a station I want to build? For some reason the game always likes to place the stations very high for no obvious reason, what makes it expensive or impossible to build the track…

I don’t think it is possible to do that as yet.  Stations will flatten themselves to wherever their centre posted point is.   Your right though, it would be good to have access to the leveling buttons when building a station.   What about if you build a low road and connect it to that?

The station will build at the level where the mouse is (the station building), if you want the station lower then just use the lower land tool to make a hole where the station building goes and it will build lower.
