Milkado glitch

So I got the milkado the thing popped up at the bottom of my screen Milkado now availible from depot. when i went to replace one of my oldest baldwins with it, I couldnt buy one, the milkado isnt in the buy trains menu. i normally wouldnt be worried about this its more irritating but i am currently within 12 years of not being able to use the baldwins and i have only been getting tank cars gondolas etc. I really need something to replace my baldwins but that is the only locomotive i can buy. if anyone knows why the milkado isnt showing up even though I got the thing saying i could buy it please tell me and how to fix it.
