x86 is a moniker for compatibility with Intel 80×86 architecture ( 8086, 80286, 80386 etc ) which is a 32 operating bit system.

Large maps requre more then 4 gigabytes of memory. 32bit OS cannot use more then that. Unless devs make some drastic memory conservation effort – there will never be support of large maps on 32bit systems.

Тебе будут давать “ачивки” за каждые 50 лет, вот за какую-то из них открывают большую карту.

For openning large map you need to play until 1950 (not sure for exactly year). You will earn achievement for every 50 years you play and one of them will unlock large map.
