Tunnels with no portal (trains just vanish into the cliff face!)

This little bit of track in the middle of the picture is undeletable, I cannot bulldoze it and spent quite a while trying without luck Building bridges over rails can be very difficult, a bridge like that below should be easy to build but I kept getting collisions, it took me about 30 min to finally build the thing and a lot of cash building and then bulldozing tracks.
