Win 32 error

    Hello all

     

    i brought a copy a couple of days ago and got the order today. , and i installed it on my pc and i am getting win 32 error

     

    I am running windows xp, with all the latest drivers and updates

    directx 9

    nividia gforce

    codec installed

     

    can anyone help me please
