So I come of Idea to change that like how it work in Simutrants. factory need worker. Sound simpel but it isnt. to change the mdl was not the problem but unfortunately nothing happen.

 

My question to the support it`s possible to change the factory needs so they need passenger ?

At the moment it is all fine the factory request passenger and without that they dont start working. But the passenger from the town just dont want to work :-/.

 

Other idea is . It is possible to change the town config so the town offer from beging 20% of the population as worker for the factory ?
